QFAB - Systems Biology Platform
Analysing the complex molecular networks that control whole biological processes requires an integrated, highly capable bioinformatics platform. QFAB has implemented a state-of-the-art, scalable computational environment to analyse, model and infer biomolecular networks. This platform is unique in Australia and consists of high-performance hardware and an integrated suite of commercial software linked to curated datasets.
Built around a web service workflow engine the platform integrates disparate data and tools as shown in the figure below.

This portal provides information about the platform through the top vertical menu in terms of hardware, software and data available to QFAB's Partners. Access to some information, such as specific software licensing agreements, will require a login.
