Systems biology research powered by an integrated high-performance computational platform
This portal describes the resources available through the Systems Biology Platform, a scalable computational environment for integrative multi-omics analysis.
The platform consists of high-performance hardware and an integrated suite of public and commercial software linked to curated datasets. Built around workflow engines, the platform integrates disparate data and tools as shown in the figure below.
